My signature Pilates Sculpt uses resistance and rhythm-based movement, taking inspiration from Pilates, Barre, Yoga and Strength Training. Designed to building core strength and stability, lengthen and sculpt your muscles with low-impact but INTENSE movement. You can expect minimal breaks and fast transitions, which helps keeps the body and muscles warm and activated.This class is fun, challenging and will have you feeling the burn.
HIIT-LATES
HIIT-lates is an intense interval-based Pilates Sculpt with bursts of cardio. Designed to elevate your heart rate and make you sweat. Good for your overall well-being to help you lose weight, reduce stress and anxiety and have fun while doing it!
PILATES FLOW
Pilates Flow is a more traditional Pilates mat-based class that focuses on low-impact, slow and controlled movement for an intense burn. Designed to help you connect to your mind and body, while targeting small muscle groups to strengthen the core and lengthen each muscle.
QUICKIES
Only have 15 minutes? Quickies are designed to target specific muscle groups so you can get a fast and intense burn. They can be down on their own, or added on to any longer workouts for those days when you’re looking for a little bit more.
SPIN
My rides are high-energy and beat-focused. They combine high intensity cardio intervals with core and upper body strengthening movements.
