Starting off my career in fitness as a spin instructor, I completely fell in love with the concept of riding to the beat and inspiring people to be their best selves. After years of trial and error, trying countless workout classes that hurt my body and didn’t help me achieve the results I was looking for – I created my method of teaching.
Combining my love for music and rhythm-based movement, my signature Pilates sculpt classes are challenging, fun and effective. My classes combine basic mat Pilates with techniques from barre, yoga and strength training, as well as basic functional movements for a low impact but intense workout.
I don’t believe in spending hours in the gym to achieve results. Being consistent is what helps you form a workout routine that keeps you feeling amazing inside and out!
After dealing with severe IBS for as long as I can remember, my passion for fitness, wellness and healthy cooking helped heal me from the inside out. I want to help you all on your healthy and fitness journeys.
