Love this smoothie post workout and as a snack! I use collagen powder as my protein source for this smoothie for added benefits for my hair, skin, nails, joints and gut health. You can sub the collagen for 1 or 2 scoops of your favourite protein powder!

Recipe: ⠀
1 cup nut milk ⠀
1/2 banana⠀
1/2 cup berries of your choosing⠀
Handful of frozen spinach ⠀
1 tbsp almond/peanut butter
1-2 tbsp collagen or 1-2 scoops protein powder
Optional boosters:⠀
1 tsp maca⠀
1 tbsp hemp seeds, chia or flax seeds ⠀

Blend it all up until smooth!
