Last minute dessert idea! I literally whipped these up in 5 mins with TWO INGREDIENTS.


Here’s what I did:

1 cup chocolate chips of your choice
1 TBSP coconut oil
1/2 cup natural peanut butter

1. Line muffin tin with muffin liners.
2. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl, at 30 second intervals until fully melted.
3. Use a spoon to pour enough chocolate to cover the bottom of each liner. I like to keep it thin.
4. With another spoon, dollop peanut butter onto the chocolate. Top off with more melted chocolate. Add toppings of choice!
5. Place muffin tin in freezer for 30 minutes to an hour until chocolate is set.
6. Can be stored in the fridge or freezer!
