There’s just something about having a fresh green juice to start your morning that wakes me up and gets me in a good mindset.

Juicing for me is an add-on to my day to really pack on my fruits and veggies. It’s also a great way to use up leftover produce from the week. Green juice is packed with easily-digestible nutrients and rich in vitamins.

I really like to freestyle my green juice depending on what I have in my fridge But here is my basic formula when making green juice!
