You all loved this recipe so much and I finally have the full recipe breakdown! It’s so tasty and you can make it withy any protein you’d like – like chicken, salmon or beef. Here’s how to do it:

Shrimp:
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 tbsp chill garlic sauce (or 1 tbsp sriracha + 1 garlic cloves minced)
1 tbsp soy sauce or Tamari
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 green onion, chopped
1 tbsp avocado oil

Spicy Mayo:
2 tbsp mayo
1/2-2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce or Tamari

Bowls:
Brown rice, cooked
Avocado, sliced
Seaweed

Instructions

  1. Combine shrimp, Chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, sesame seeds and onions and stir until combined. Set aside to marinate for minimum 15 minutes.
  2. Make your spicy mayo but whisking all ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp avocado oil. Add shrimp and cook without touching them for 2 minutes. Flip them and let them cook for another 2 minutes. Don’t overcook the shrimp – they don’t need long since they are cut into such small pieces.
  4. Create your bowls but adding brown rice and sliced avocado to the bowl. Top with your cooked shrimp and spicy mayo. I like to eat it with seaweed!

Enjoy!
