You all loved this recipe so much and I finally have the full recipe breakdown! It’s so tasty and you can make it withy any protein you’d like – like chicken, salmon or beef. Here’s how to do it:
Shrimp:
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 tbsp chill garlic sauce (or 1 tbsp sriracha + 1 garlic cloves minced)
1 tbsp soy sauce or Tamari
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 green onion, chopped
1 tbsp avocado oil
Spicy Mayo:
2 tbsp mayo
1/2-2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce or Tamari
Bowls:
Brown rice, cooked
Avocado, sliced
Seaweed
Instructions
- Combine shrimp, Chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, sesame seeds and onions and stir until combined. Set aside to marinate for minimum 15 minutes.
- Make your spicy mayo but whisking all ingredients together until smooth.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp avocado oil. Add shrimp and cook without touching them for 2 minutes. Flip them and let them cook for another 2 minutes. Don’t overcook the shrimp – they don’t need long since they are cut into such small pieces.
- Create your bowls but adding brown rice and sliced avocado to the bowl. Top with your cooked shrimp and spicy mayo. I like to eat it with seaweed!
Enjoy!
