This blender banana bread is a new staple in my house! You literally just blend everything up and pop it in the oven. It’s vegan, gluten-free and you can also make this grain-free by using almond flour. Here’s how I make it!

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1/4 cup peanut or almond butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1 cup oats or almond flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2-1 tsp salt

1/2 cup almond or oat milk

1/4-1/2 cup chocolate chips

What To Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray whatever pan you’re using with non stick spray.
  2. Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into pan and top with chocolate chips.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set in the middle.
