Crispy healthy baked French fries! Just as good, if not better, than your favourite fast food fries. You can also make these with sweet potato! ⠀

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb yellow potatoes
3 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional toppings: freshly parsley (or there herbs), freshly grated parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line or drizzle olive oil on a baking sheet.
2. Scrub potatoes and slice into 1/4 inch wide sticks. Place the potatoes in a large bowl, add olive oil and spices. Toss until fully coated.
3. Place on baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes. Flip fries and place back in the oven for 5-10 more minutes, until fries are cooked through.
4. Raise oven heat to 450 F, and cook for another 5-10 minutes to get as crispy as you like. Watch them carefully here.
5. Top with a bit more salt and desired toppings, while they are still hot.
