Serves 2-3

INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of Broccolini
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup water
1/2 lemon

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Rinse the brocollini and let it dry. Trim about 1/2 inch off the bottom of the Broccolini stems, if not already trimmed.
2. Heat the olive il in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Broccolini and sauté until bright green and lightly browned – about. 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 30 seconds, until the garlic is fragrant. Add water, cover, and cook until the Broccolini is ever soy slightly tender, 1 to 2 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice over top.
4. Serve immediately
