This is my FAVOURITE salmon tartare and SO EASY. I like to buy my salmon at my local fish store, to ensure it is super fresh. Check out the recipe below

INGREDIENTS

1 8-oz. boneless salmon fillet, skinless
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tsp fresh chives, minced
1 1/2 tsp seeded jalapeño, minced
3/4 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1/2 tsp Asian sesame oil

Optional: 1/4 to 1/2 tsp sriracha or garlic chill paste
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Thick-cut potato or tortilla chips

RECIPE PREPARATION 

  1. De-skin salmon and cut into 1/8” sized cubes. 
  2. Place in a medium bowl. Add all ingredients and toss to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Serve with avocado and chips.
