I am LOVING baked oats right now. Super filling, super nutritious and beyond delicious. Here’s how I make them:

Chocolate Chip Baked Oats
Serves: 1

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup of milk of choice
1/2 banana
1/2-1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
Optional add ins: chocolate chips, nuts, berries, chopped apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into an oven-safe ramekin or mug.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes until top is set. Don’t over bake! You want the middle to be gooey.
  4. Enjoy
