You guys – These were INCREDIBLE, if I do say so myself. We got the Jer seal of approval so you know they are bomb. You can makes this glaze with chicken thighs, breasts, tofu and veggies! Check out the recipe below ⠀

Serves: 2-4 people

INGREDIENTS

Glaze:

1/4 cup hoisin
1 Tbsp miso
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli paste or sriracha
1lb chicken thighs
1 tsp of oil (if making in pan)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
2. Make glaze by mixing all ingredients together with a fork or whisk until smooth. Add 1-2 tsp water if you need to thin out the miso paste. If you would like extra glaze, double up the recipe and only use half on the chicken.
3. Coat chicken in glaze and set aside.
4. You can also make in the oven and cook at 425 F, for about 15-20 minutes. I like to make them in my cast-iron because it gives them the perfect browning.
5. In a cast-iron pan or non-stick skillet, add oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken to the pan. Cook on each side f 3-4 minutes per side before mixing, so chicken starts to brown.
6. Once chicken is nicely browned, cook for another 5-10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Will depend on the size of your chicken pieces.
7. Serve with noodles, rice, veggies – whatever you’d like!
