Ommggg this combo is EVERYTHING. I love overnight oats a) because how easy they are and b) they are sooo filling and nutritious. Great way to start the day

Serves 1 | V • GF • DF
1/2 cup large flake rolled oats
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp fine shredded coconut
Other Optional add ins: 1/2 tbsp hemp and ground flax seeds
1-2 tsp maple syrup
2/3 cup dairy-free milk of choice (I use almond)

Toppings:
Caramalized banana
Toasted almonds
Maple syrup
Cacao Nibs

To make:

  1. In a mass jar or airtight container, add oats, chia seeds and coconut. Stir until fully combined.
  2. Measure out milk and add maple syrup. Mix until combined. Add to the oat mixture and shake vigorously in container to combined and avoid chia seeds from sticking to the bottom.
  3. Place in the fridge and let sit overnight!
  4. Toast almonds in a pan over low heat or in the oven at 325 F, until golden brown.
  5. Caramalized banana in a pan over med-high heat, until both sides are browned.
